Store Policies
Shipping:  We ship either the same day an order is paid for, or the following business day.
Priority mail orders are automatically covered with up to US $50 insurance plus tracking.  If your package is worth more than that, it is up to the customer to ask for added insurance.  We only bill the actual amount charges for extra insurance.  If USPS loses a package (that we provide proof of shipping for), and it's not insured, we cannot reimburse any product.
First class mail does not come with insurance. 
If you would like your package insured, please let us know at the time you place your order.
If we accidentally ship the wrong product, please let us know right away and we'll take care of it.
Returns:  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics. 
If there is something that we sent as defective, we will replace it.
If a product is damaged in transit, if your package was insured, we will contact USPS to see if we can get reimbursement.   We take great care in packing up your order so that it arrives in tact.. Sometimes USPS tosses boxes around, and sometimes things can crack. It's ***rare*** that this happens.  Without insurance, we cannot reimburse/replace products.
Colors / cracks in cakes:  Some cakes do dry out enough to crack... Just the paint, not the case it comes in.. There is nothing wrong with paint that has a crack in it and does not affect its performance.  A few colors (like Mehron lime) sometimes have a non-flat look to their coloring on top.  We have gotten confirmation from Mehron's team that this is perfectly normal on certain colors, and does not affect their performance.
If you wish to return a returnable item, you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee.
